In cases where pilbet is found to be directly liable for a verified platform error that resulted in an incorrect settlement or financial loss, the platform's maximum liability to any individual member in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of the affected bet or transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pilbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 8. Account Suspension & Closure
pilbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account — with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances — where there is reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, or that continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the integrity of the services provided.
